We make full use of computers as powerful tools in the fields of science and engineering to work on resolving environmental and
energy issues using independently developed simulation technology.
Undergraduate and graduate students actively present our daily research results at academic conferences in Japan and abroad.
This is an essential and beneficial experience in gaining the skills required of researchers.
Our laboratory has about 30 members each year.
We also have over 200 alumni working in a variety of fields employing the skills gained during their time with us.
In addition to research activities and presenting our research results at conferences,
we also hold a variety of events including welcoming parties for new staff members, seminar trips, and friendly sports games.
Our laboratory is situated on the conveniently located Nishi-Waseda Campus of Waseda University
on the 6th floor of the newest building on campus, facing the lush Toyama Park.
